Whispers of R’lyeh

This one just hit me today, for some reason.  I *did* do an update on Office 2007 last night through Windows Update, so it was probably something b0rked in there.

When clicking on a URL in an Outlook 2007 message, a “General Failure” dialog pops up instead.  The fix is here.
